Cello Trio
“Breathing Tides” is a meditative and relaxing piece that seeks to evoke the lapping motion of the sea. Rather than adhering to a strong structure, as I tend to do with some of my other pieces, in this, the ideas ebb and flow. It is repetitive and yet varied, with waves of melody and periods of relative stillness.
